Hungarian firm Laser Consult shortlisted 8 technologies for the Hyderabad Technology show scheduled on 17th March. They are:
1. Treatment of gastrointestinal disorders associated with enhanced motility and inflammation using kynurenic acid,
2. “Flow-less” 5-differential hematology analyzer.

3. Bio-compatible bone plug,
4. Novel digital dermoscopy device
5. A natural preparation for the relief of anxiety

6. Herbal human parasite elimination program
7. Special seating and positioning tilt-in-space wheelchair
8. Spine stabilizing implant family

The students of the National Institute Of Technology(NIT)- Tiruchirappalli (Formerly Regional Engineering College(REC), Tiruchirappalli) are organizing annual international technical convention ,PRAGYAN in February'09. Since its inception in 2004,Pragyan has grown in stature and is today rated one of the best technical fests in India.
