Benchmarking IT competitiveness 2009
The report from Economist Intelligence Unit on global ranking of nations competitiveness places India at 44 of 66 nations. India does not figure in top 20 in any category other than Human Capital. Also known but generally ignored is our limited strength in R&D-India's 2nd lowest score is on R&D environment.
Any suggestions on improving our ranking in this critical area?
