BICSI Cabling Challenge Competition 2012

COMPETE for the title of BICSI INDIA Installer of the Year. All ITS Installation professionals and current BICSI members and certification holders are eligible to enter. Imagine winning and bagging rights as 2012 BICSI INDIA Installer of the Year and a cash prize of Rs 10000. Apply today—the deadline is August 18th, 2012. The 2012 BICSI INDIA Cabling Skills Challenge will include the following three events:

• Event A: Copper Cable Termination
• Event B: Fiber Termination
• Event C: Competency Exam

The 2012 BICSI INDIA Cabling Skills Challenge will take place on August 23rd at the 2012 BICSI INDIA Conference & Exhibition at NIMHANS convention center in Bengaluru - INDIA. Competitors will be selected based on qualifying criteria such as professionalism, quality of resume and work experience. An attempt will be made to equally represent all areas.
In order to participate, the participant must secure approval and sponsorship from their employer. The employer will be responsible for all travel costs, including transportation to and from the competition, meals and accommodations. All competitors will receive a full complimentary conference registration, sponsored by BICSI INDIA. Judges, Steering Committee members, Associate Team Volunteers are not eligible to participate. Companies are encouraged to submit multiple applications. No more than two applications will be selected per company.
Each applicant must have at least 5 years experience in the field of ITS installation at the time of application and, if selected as a competitor, at the time of the competition.
